Different spyware collects different information, some spyware collects information about a users surfing habits and others install software to record computer usage. Increasingly spyware has been used to redirect Internet users to random websites in order to generate revenue for the spywares creator.
How can I stop Spyware?
Computers running anti-spyware software should be protected, as long as the software is updated.
There are many anti-spyware software solutions available, Microsoft has released Windows Defender for Microsoft Windows which is completely free and can be downloaded from the securirty section.
